Debtors have three payment options to submit plan payments listed below. Plan payments are only accepted in the form of a money order, cashiers check, or personal check made out to Brian A. Tucci, Trustee. All checks used for plan payments must be filled out to completion including debtors signature and case number.
The final destination for plan payments is the Chapter 13 Lockbox located in Memphis, Tennessee. Any plan payments submitted to the Chapter 13 office will be recorded and mailed to the Chapter 13 Lockbox overnight.
Debtors can bypass physical payments by utilizing the TFS system listed below.

Debtors have the option to submit plan payments over the internet via our partnership with Nationwide TFS. Using TFS, debtors can make electronic payments and/or schedule automatic electronic payments that are drawn from the debtors bank account. Chapter 13 Office
The final way a debtor can make a payment is to sumbit a check to the Chapter 13 office located at:

Note: Submitting a plan payment directly to the Chapter 13 office does not expedite the payment process. Debtors can either submit payments by walk-in or mail their plan payment to the address above. Please assure that you have your case number written on the check.
